Absolutely 100% satisfied with the meat and the process!! It is by far the most delicious beef my husband and I have ever had! We enjoyed some steak just last night. Montgomery's did a great job and loaded everything for me, so great experience there. Each time we eat some, we are shocked at how good it is.

How can it get any better? We just had our second package of steaks and they were terrific! We both think this is the the best beef we've ever had. Don't know if this is the fifth or sixth year you've provided beef for us, but it is the MOST ENJOYABLE. This time we had Montgomery's Meats make some cuts we could make into jerky with our smoke vault and that has also been a fun and tasty experience. Thank you for making our lives better with great beef.

Having been a customer for several years now, I find myself diving deeper into unique ways to prepare your beef beyond the traditional spaghetti/taco/burger/steak/stew lineup. I've settled on about a dozen more exotic preparations that really knock people's socks off. Things like all-beef no bean chili, middle-eastern beef and rice, Hungarian goulash, Indonesian soup, curries, etc... that really highlight the clean flavor of your beef.

We LOVE your beef! I wanted to try a few different cuts to give you feedback. We had been mainly eating the ground beef, which is delicious. We've finally had a top sirloin steak. WOW. We have been eating grass fed beef for a number of years now and learned to avoid top sirloin as it was generally too tough of a cut for our preference. This steak was tender and flavorful - what a treat! Wonderful to be able to support our local rancher and get healthy, delicious tender beef! :-)

This is the best beef we have ever had. I grew up in Kansas City and I consider myself quite the brisket and steak connoisseur, but I have to drop you a note regarding the brisket we just had. We did a simple oven treatment of it, with some marinade and onions, and it was, hands down, the most tender, delicious brisket I have ever had. We had it four nights ago and I cannot stop thinking about it.

I want to share a little story with you. A friend flew in from Maryland to go to a weekend of concerts at the Gorge with me. We filled the cooler with a variety of food. Kelli had pre-cooked a pork roast and a beef roast. I had several vacuumed sealed packets of burgers from your ground beef. It all tastes delicious, but all my buddy wanted to eat were your burgers, lol. Late night snack, burgers. Lunch, burgers. Dinner, burgers. He said they were the best burgers he's ever had, and I only added a little salt. Anyway, we love your beef. We are grateful for your family's hard work and this relationship. :)
